Dr. Douglas Merritt is a board-certified physician and Medical Director AesthetiSpa and Wellness Center. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas and completed his residency in Ophthalmology from the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Merritt has enjoyed living in Grants Pass since 1990 and has also enjoys volunteering his medical and surgical care to various mission organizations around the world. He has strong ties to the community and the desire to maintain a long-term commitment to the medical needs of our clients.

Marla Quintana, RN
Clinical Director
Registered Nurse

 

Marla is a Registered Nurse with an extensive background in Operating Room Nursing. She holds a degree in nursing from Southern Oregon University. She has owned a traveling nursing agency and is currently the clinical director for Cascade Surgery Center in Grants Pass, Oregon. At AesthetiSpa and Wellness Center, Marla provides laser treatments, including MicroLaserPeel™, SkinTyte™, Profractional, Vein Removal, and Photorejuvenation. She also administers BOTOX® Cosmetic and dermal fillers such as Juve'derm™.

Marla continues to stay on the cutting edge in new technology through continuing education in the ever changing field of aesthetic medicine. As our consultant, Marla brings her passion, expertise, and her nurse's heart to help people improve their look on the outside, which in turn, improved how they felt on the inside

Anne Perry
Licensed Aesthetician
Laser Technician

Anne has over 20 years of experience in hospitals and private physician offices with a variety of responsibilities including education, medical meeting and event coordination, skin care evaluation and treatment. Anne completed her skin care training at the Oregon Dermal Academy and is a licensed Medical Aesthetician in the State of Oregon. Her continuing education includes Advanced Skin Care Analysis from the International Dermal Institute and she has received Laser Technician training through Sciton, Inc. and The Aesthetic Consulting Group. With a solid foundation in skin care, Anne's goal is to educate clients and create a personalized treatment and skin care regiment that will deliver results from them. She has a passion for skin care and is committed to providing excellent customer service.

Megan Cardiff
Laser Technician Licensed Aesthetician

Megan grew up in Grants Pass, Oregon and loves having the opportunity to work and live in this beautiful area. She has always had a passion for skincare and how it brings out the natural beauty in a person. Her interest in skincare led her to the IMAJ Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona where she received her formal education. At the institute Megan learned multiple types of skincare laser treatments and techniques. She is a certified laser technician and licensed aesthetician, and is available to advise clients on how to best take care of their skin with our advanced skincare systems.
