About Your Visit - What to expect

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit to fill out your information sheet. You are welcome to relax with a beverage before and after your visit.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and debit cards. Personal checks are subject to a $30 return fee. Spa packages must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other clients and our care providers, please give 24-hour notice if you must cancel or change your appointment. Deposits will not be refunded without notification of cancellation.

Product Returns

All products purchased can only be exchanged for credit to be redeemed on other products.

Children and Cell Phones

Please leave younger children and cell phones at home. If you are on call or expecting an important call, please put your cell on vibrate and whisper when talking.
